👋 Hi! I'm Thea Brockmeyer, and I'm the founder of Project Leader Academy.
I started PLA because of my own journey. I used to be an entreprenuer,traveld the world with my two kids & I saw so many opportunities that where missed because people ( including me) where just winging it. I was building everything with passion , relationship and so much ambition that I just run out of energy, fell flat being overworked & finally doubting my capabilties.
That was when I discovered management methods like time planning, critical thinking skills, sales and negotiation, project management. And I was hooked. It was so fun. I spent the next 15 years teaching these skills to over 6000 executives in 5 languages and continued learning as much as I could from the various industries but especially form the leaders about practical leadership, communication and negotiation.
After delivering a lot of training, consulting & executive coaching, I was able to apply these methods to my own business and educating my children. Since then, I've been starting and developing any new business with intention and worked with companies like Siemens, BMW, UBS, Vodafone, Maquet...
