More than 10 years I have been consulting business development, sales and project management for clients who were building radio networks.
One of the most important goals in building radio networks was to meet the tight deadlines like being ready for the Olympics, providing service before the competition, meeting the growing demand for more capacity due to the fast growing number of mobile phone users.
We supported our clients to close more deals, planning and conducting the implementation and providing excellent services.
The challenge was that the projects involved teams from different companies, counties, nationalities, languages and the task was to create an open c and effective communication between all stakeholders that e could meet the deadline for the client.

Project Team building
The typical teams consisted of experts from different countries, different companies and functions like engineers, network design, sales, financial controlling, service and suppliers for various equipment.
Results: . Established atmosphere of open communication. The team had agreed to shared values, developed a shared vision, committed to rules and principles for collaboration and decision making and a team culture.
Effective Stakeholder communication
We invested a lot of time in conducting Stakeholder analysis with the team, including the internal and external factors , understanding customer requirements and the individual attitudes of each person, creating communication plans to influence the stakeholder.
Results: The implementation of the Stakeholder influence strategy and Stakeholder communication plan helped to strengthen the customer and supplier relationship, obtain permissions faster and solve conflicts with ease and without losing time.
Project Planning Momentum
Together with the clients project team we conducted a workshop where they clarified the project objectives and deliverables, mapped out all the project tasks with sticky notes on a 20 m wall before it was put into a spreadsheets or project management tool for progress tracking. Our signature process included assigning responsibilities, optimizing the critical path to collapse the overall project timeline.

Risk Management
Minimizing risks is more than ticking boxes forma checklist. Together with the clients team we developed risk mitigation strategies: based on a risk assessment, preventive action planning, contingency plans and setting triggers. We run our signature risk management workshops together with the clients project team, involving the clients and suppliers.
Results: Our clients met the project deadlines and delivered high quality results in the implementation, improved communication processes, and finally saved a lot of money and time.
Sales and negotiations consulting
Preparing project negotiations and client status meetings. Our service included training and coaching for the companies CEO, CXO, CMO, Key account managers and technical sales experts to enable them to close more profitable deals with government and local authorities, winning tender without losing profit. We coached our clients to focus on selling value and closing profitable deals.
