She owns e-commerce and education businesses that she runs remotely from Murnau. She has consulted on business strategy with major corporations, in 2009 she created a revolutionary training, called the Project Leader AcademyTM which merged together Project business principles with psychological, sales and leadership skills to educate businesses owners how to sell, finance and deliver profitable projects in industries like Medical solutions, Construction, Industrial SAS, Energy, IT Solutions, and Ecommerce. This one year training Programm has been utilized by over 8,000 executives and entrepreneurs around the world.
Thea is the founder of the Project Leader Academy TM a premium membership program that empowers thousands of business owners by providing them with resources, coaching, relationships and valuable training materials.
